Application of diamond brazier in automatic grinding

1. The polishing steps of a multi-head automatic continuous grinder:

Adjust the pressure parameters of each grinding head, and at the same time turn on the switch of each grinding head, and set the cleaning brush switch to the automatic state; turn on the control power, press the start preparation button to set the manual/automatic switch to the automatic state; check when starting the conveyor belt Whether the speed of the conveyor belt is normal;

Start the grinding head motors and cleaning brush motors of different meshes in sequence. After all the operations are stable, start the grinding bridge and the conveyor belt. When entering the production state, adjust the speed of the conveyor belt (usually the speed of the conveyor belt is 0.8m/min);

Upper plate: hoist the plate on the ground to the worktable of the plate turning machine; Feeding plate: the plate on the plate turning machine is driven by the conveyor belt into the polishing area of the continuous grinder;

During the production process, the speed of grinding the bridge should be adjusted according to the condition of the plate.

When the first plate is ground out, various indexes should be checked according to the plate inspection standard. If it does not meet the requirements of product quality, the reasons should be analyzed and the relevant grinding and polishing parameters of the continuous mill should be adjusted.

2. Main points of work during grinding and polishing:

Check whether the power supply and water supply system are in a normal state; Check whether the grinding head moves forward and back, left and right, and is accurately in place; Check whether the various parts of other mechanical systems are normal; Place the polished plate on the worktable, and select the corresponding grinding head to install On the rotating shaft; first turn on the water supply switch, and then start the grinding head; when grinding, the force should be even, and the order of rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing should be used for grinding and polishing; when grinding and polishing, the correct abrasive should be selected according to the condition of the stone; when grinding should be done Concentrate on observing the polishing condition of the surface of the board at any time, find the problem in time, and take corresponding measures to solve the problem.

3. Adjustment of grinding head pressure:

The pressure of the grinding head directly affects the consumption of the grinding block. The higher the pressure, the more the grinding block is consumed. On the contrary, the consumption of the grinding block is less. Therefore, in the polishing process, the pressure of the grinding head is often adjusted according to the actual situation at any time. The adjustment of the grinding head pressure is of great significance to reduce the consumption of grinding blocks, increase production output, and improve the quality of polished plates.

4. Water control:

Good water quality and sufficient water are an important guarantee for the polishing quality of the board. Especially white and black stones have higher water quality requirements during polishing. The rear grinding head should be clean. The control of water volume is mainly concentrated on the final polishing block. The quality of the control directly affects the gloss of the polishing plate. As well as the mirror effect, wetting is generally appropriate. If the water volume is not well controlled during the polishing process, the front grinding head may have less water during polishing, and burnt may occur;

The water used for grinding and polishing is as far as possible without chemical substances, otherwise it will reduce the brightness of the board. The pH of the water is preferably neutral water. The water used for grinding and polishing is best not to contain suspended matter, because the particles in it will scratch the polished stone, especially when grinding and polishing soft stone and dark stone. The water used for grinding and polishing requires the content of impurities to be less than 0.5kg/L and the particle size of impurities to be less than 0.01mm.

5. Bridge grinding speed adjustment;

The principle of grinding bridge speed adjustment is mainly based on the hardness of the stone, the width of the stone slab, and the condition of the stone slab.

Conveyor belt speed adjustment:

The speed of the conveyor belt is determined by the hardness of the stone and the condition of the board surface. Conveyor belts for plates that are easy to be polished have a high speed, while plates that are difficult to be polished are just the opposite;
