It can be said that the formation of the solid solution phase of the carcass alloy is one of the keys to achieving the high performance of the carcass raw material. In accordance with the basic requirements of the matrix material of the saw blade bit, an alloy system that is easy to form a solid solution phase in the matrix alloy and bred to produce solid solution intensification and impregnation should be selected as the basic factor of the matrix.
