QSQ-2200/2500/3000 Bridge Multiblade Block Cutter:
Features
High efficiency for cutting block into slabs with multi-blade combination, this machine is the ideal equipment for producing large slabs.
1. SIEMENS main motor with stronger seats.

3. Encoder for X, Y, Z movement.

5. Double V-shape guide rails enhance the smooth cutting and movement.

QSQ2200/2500/3000 combines different diameters of blades working simultaneously as multiblade cutting. It has screw-rod lifting system and hydraulic lifting system for choice. The crossbeam moves for feeding so that the table for block is not necessary ( which does not supply along with machine, only available upon request ). Heavy duty strcuture, logical control system, easy operation together with " Wanlong" blade give high production and also make the finish slab with flat surface, no tapper. It is also flexible in modification for Single blade cutting.

1. Using Taiwan Qiyang hydraulic components for more sensitive response and reliable performance.
2. Using SIEMENS or domestic first-class main motor, more powerful cutting and power saving, helps to save cost for customers.
3. Using Panasonic PLC, Panasonic Inverter, Fuji Contactor and other imported electric parts to ensure the quality and easy-operation.
4. Adopts pillar type hydraulic lifting system with four pillars for up & down movement. Chromed guide pillars and wearable guide bush leads smaller gap and elegant appearance. Moreover, multi-layer sealing inside the bush gives good water, dust & oil leak resistance, improves the service life.
5. Using encoder for X,Y,Z movement to ensure high position precision and reduce the labor intensity.
