If I am cutting 20mm thick strips can I change the blade setting anytime I wish so I can cut 30mm or 12mm thick strips. If yes what is the procedure.
Change relevant spacers as per required thickness.
If the height of block is ≤ 950mm then blade can cut total height easily. After cutting all the slabs are free, there is possibility that slabs will fell down. How do you control it?
Have to keep around 10cm bottom.
If the height of block is above 1000mm then how we remove the slabs from block. For normal block cutters we use the horizontal cutting blade for removing slabs. Is it possible to make some attachment like horizontal blade on the QSQ-2500 Machine?
Horizontal blade can not match this machine. Need to remove the slab manually.
In case of Multi-blade combination, spindle RPM are same for all the blades but linear speed of blade 800mm diameter is very low. while linear speed of blade 2200mm diameter is very high. So what would be effect on segments and cutting?
Hang 1-2 pcs small blades more or often change small blade.
If we use all the blades 1600mm diameter for cutting 635mm wide slabs then would be the same problem, would it be too heavy for main spindle?

Hydraulic lifting is faster and more popular. But in cold region need to start up the machine for a while to melt the hydraulic oil so as to lifting normally.
